Very clean and spacious. Staff very helpful if you want to keep your bags pre/post checkin/out. And so very close to everything you want to see in como town, plus the train station.

No cabs can park in front of the hotel cause it’s in the square. Might be a problem if you have a ton of luggage (and a dog ;)) and want to find your uber. Hallway could use some tlc, but the rooms ar...

Excellent location and a very good breakfast. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Wonderful towels and bedding.
Areas for improvement:
Hallways needed cleaning. Not all electric outlets worked, loose and didn't charge our phones. Needs a lounge area...could use breakfast area.
